With a fleet of trawler fishing boats, our fresh fish supplier has direct access to the skippers even when they are at sea.  Cornish day boats bring in fresh catches of Dover sole and wild bass and the Cromer coastal fleet specialise in delicious fresh crab . Our fresh meat suppliers work directly with UK free range and organic farms to ensure we receive the very best produce, raised to the highest standards in a natural environment from the Welsh Elywy Valley to the Scottish Highlands. Identical principles apply to our Halal and Kosher suppliers who are trusted for their ethically sourced, high quality standards and produce.
